• • Safeguard Global is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic international Staff-Leasing team, based remotely in France. This role is pivotal in ensuring a premium, tailored service for our clients while actively contributing to business development efforts to expand our service portfolio.
• • You will be instrumental in collaborating with both external and internal recruitment partners to manage a diverse range of assignments, including permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and consulting roles, with a focus on both the French and international markets.
• • A core responsibility will be the full ownership of all recruitment processes within our Temporary employment agency. This involves a deep dive into understanding client needs for Temporary positions, working closely with our Sales team to ensure alignment and successful placements.
• • You will lead the candidate search process, meticulously screening and identifying top talent. This includes initiating first contact, conducting initial assessments, and preparing comprehensive shortlists tailored to specific client requirements.
• • Acting as a crucial liaison between exceptional candidates and our valued clients, you will ensure seamless communication and the effective delivery of our recruitment services, fostering strong relationships on both sides.
• • A key aspect of this role involves demonstrating a strong command of French Labor Market regulations and associated recruitment processes. This expertise is vital for navigating the complexities of temporary employment within the French context.
• • You will develop a comprehensive understanding of various work contract types specific to Temp recruitment agencies, ensuring all contractual details are managed accurately and efficiently.
• • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client and employee contracts, along with other essential activity records, will be a critical part of your administrative duties, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
