📋 Description
- • As a Staff Product Engineer at TriEdge Investments, you will serve as a senior technical leader embedded with operators and clients, owning complex problem spaces from discovery through production to drive automation that improves real business outcomes across a portfolio of 30+ companies.
- • You will lead deep technical discovery, diagnose workflows and pain points, own end-to-end system architecture spanning web, cloud, data, and AI, and rapidly prototype and harden solutions in live client environments while balancing speed with production-grade reliability.
- • TriEdge Investments builds technology that helps real businesses operate better by embedding with operators to design and ship automation that moves key metrics like throughput, cost, and reliability, turning hard-won solutions into scalable platform tools across its portfolio.
- • You will set technical direction for performance, scalability, security, and resilience, lead cross-functional alignment with product and data teams, own production excellence through root-cause analysis, and remain hands-on in code while advising executives and operators as a trusted technical authority.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with demonstrated Staff-level impact in production environments
- • Proven experience leveraging AI development stack (e.g., Claude code, custom MCP, backend-as-a-service) to build enterprise-grade applications end to end
- • Broad technical depth across the stack (Python, React/Next.js, SQL/NoSQL, cloud infrastructure) with judgment to choose appropriate tools and architectures
- • Strong API and systems design expertise, including defining scalable interfaces and patterns
- • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production systems with understanding of tradeoffs across performance, cost, reliability, and compliance
- • Exceptional communicator capable of influencing engineers, operators, and executives through clear technical reasoning and written design artifacts
