- • Lead core product initiatives for Maze’s research-grade AI assistant, spanning study creation, recruitment, collection, analysis, and synthesis, ensuring user insights drive product decisions at speed.
- • Own end-to-end outcomes within a cross-functional pod (PM/Design/Engineering), driving strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact AI use cases, including prompt engineering and LLM-powered product experiences.
- • Spend significant time with customers and users to deeply understand their needs, translating problems into scalable, automated research workflows.
- • Develop key parts of the product roadmap by marrying customer needs with product vision, prioritizing based on data and impact.
- • Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment across functions.
- • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution while coordinating with leadership, go-to-market, and stakeholders.
- • Build scalable processes to support rapid company and team growth.
- • Operate as a force-multiplier by mentoring PMs, elevating product quality, and raising the bar for product thinking, speed, and decision rigor.
- • Ship fast in a dynamic environment—validate quickly, iterate with real users, and make pragmatic calls balancing craft, risk, and impact.
- • Join a fully remote, cross-functional team distributed across the US and EU, reporting directly to the product team lead.
- • Collaborate with senior product managers passionate about product discovery and shape the future of Maze’s business in a mission-driven, inclusive culture.
- • Contribute to an early-stage startup (<150 team members) disrupting the user research market, with proven traction: 100,000+ brands, 4,000 companies, 6.5M questions answered, and 25K decisions supported in the last fiscal year.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment.
- • Proven ability to leverage both quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative (research, user feedback) data for product prioritization and decision-making.
- • High customer empathy and strong product craft with meticulous attention to detail.
- • Track record of shaping and launching products in ambiguous and evolving landscapes.
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- • History of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and consistently delivering results.
- • Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- • Mission-first mindset, understanding success is measured by product and team achievements.
