- • As a Staff Product Manager, App Founder at Miter Inc., you will act as a founder within a scaling company, owning the end-to-end creation of a new app from zero to $10M+ ARR, directly impacting the company’s growth in the construction technology space by solving real problems for contractors using AI and embedded payments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include running deep customer discovery across 2–3 problem areas to identify the most compelling opportunity, building a working prototype within 90 days using AI coding tools or no-code platforms, pitching and demoing to real prospects, iterating based on feedback, owning pricing and early sales, and guiding the app through Miter’s stage-gated investment framework from Discovery to Series A.
- • You will join a lean, high-trust team where you’ll work closely with one engineer initially, supported by Miter’s platform, customer base, and go-to-market team, reporting directly to the Head of Product with visibility to the executive leadership team, operating like a seed-stage founder but with the distribution and resources of a scaling vertical SaaS company.
- • In this role, you will develop founder-level product instincts, gain end-to-end ownership of a P&L, master rapid prototyping with AI tools, and build a path toward becoming a General Manager of a $10M+ ARR business unit inside a fast-growing, venture-backed company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product management, founding, or full-stack engineering at a high-growth software company
- • Proven track record of launching 0→1 products — having started something from scratch, shipped it, and learned from real-world usage
- • Comfort and proficiency using AI coding tools to independently build and ship functional prototypes quickly
