- • As a Staff Product Manager for Australia at ServiceTitan, you will serve as the strategic owner of the Australian product roadmap, defining how the company wins in a new international market by adapting its leading platform for local tradies and building the foundation for long-term growth in the region.
- • You will operate in a "startup within a scale-up" environment, navigating ambiguity to localize the platform for Australian-specific needs such as GST compliance, date-time formats, accounting integrations (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks), and regional telecom workflows, while acting as the internal advocate for Australian contractors.
- • Your day-to-day will involve defining a multi-year product vision, leading deep customer research with Australian tradies to uncover unarticulated needs, collaborating with US-based product, engineering, and design teams to ensure global architecture supports internationalization, partnering with Australian Go-To-Market (Sales, Implementation, Success) teams to enable effective customer delivery, and establishing region-specific metrics on adoption, feature parity, and churn that align with global targets.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate customer insights into actionable requirements, influence global product strategy with regional context, and deliver Australia-specific functionality that goes beyond compliance to create true market differentiation and retention drivers.
- • The Australia team operates with high autonomy and entrepreneurial grit, requiring you to thrive with limited resources, make strategic trade-offs using data and qualitative insights, and maintain an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure synchronous collaboration with US-based teams.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international product launches, deepen your ability to balance short-term localization with long-term platform strategy, strengthen your influence across global teams without direct authority, and build a proven track record of entering and scaling in complex B2B SaaS markets.
- • You will grow as a strategic leader who can distill nuanced regional requirements into compelling executive narratives, champion customer-centricity in ambiguous environments, and leave a lasting impact by establishing ServiceTitan’s foothold in the Southern Hemisphere.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- • Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects
- • Deep comfort with complex integrations, including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-heavy telecom workflows
- • Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to operate with high autonomy, limited resources, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
- • Strong analytical rigor, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative customer insights to prioritize and make trade-off decisions
- • Ability to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure overlap with US-based engineering and product teams
