📋 Description

• As a Staff Product Manager for Content Agent at Sanity, you will drive the product vision for Sanity's AI Content Operating System, shaping how AI agents operate across content workflows to accelerate digital development and supercharge content operations efficiency for enterprise clients.
• You will craft the vision and roadmap for Content Agent, design agent behaviors, define trust and quality models, drive extensibility strategies, write and refine agent instructions and system prompts, collaborate with engineering and design leaders, bring clarity to complex AI systems, measure agent effectiveness through feedback loops and metrics, and coordinate cross-team dependencies to align with the broader Sanity platform.
• You will join a 200+ person company pioneering the future of AI-powered content operations, serving innovative clients like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, and Nordstrom, with a culture rooted in customer obsession, type two fun, and a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI agent design, cognitive architectures, prompt engineering, and structured content systems while leading high-impact product initiatives that define how enterprises interact with AI at scale.
