- • As a Staff Product Manager, Finance Applications at Reddit, you will drive automation and optimization across the company’s financial technology ecosystem, including NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, and Workiva, directly supporting Reddit’s mission to scale efficiently and securely.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with finance, accounting, engineering, and cross-functional teams to document and analyze Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, lead system implementations, manage vendor relationships, create product artifacts like functional specs and process maps, and ensure SOX compliance through audits and controls.
- • You will join Reddit’s Corporate Technology organization, specifically the Finance Applications team, a close-knit, agile group focused on delivering scalable, secure financial systems that empower internal stakeholders and support the company’s rapid growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise financial systems, lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives, sharpen your strategic product leadership, and gain visibility into SOX-compliant financial operations at a major public tech platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes including Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- • Deep understanding of Record to Report Finance Business processes, including month-end accounting and financial statements/reporting features in NetSuite
- • 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite and other finance applications such as Workiva, Zip, Coupa, Kyriba, or Floqast
- • 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience across NetSuite modules (General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTax) and automations (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Suitelets, SuiteBundle)
- • 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations via middleware technologies like Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi
- • Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira
- • Experience at a public company and/or with SOX processes
