• • As a Staff Product Manager for Groups at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in transforming business travel by reimagining booking management experiences and streamlining post‑booking workflows for corporate clients.
• • Day to day, you will craft and execute innovative strategies to streamline contracting and post‑booking journeys, orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration with Groups Contracting, Group Support, RevOps, and Engineering teams, lead automation and tooling initiatives to reduce cycle times and increase bookings per rep, and champion data‑driven outcomes by monitoring KPIs such as contract cycle time and commission collection.
