- • Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for a new, mobile-first and web-based business venture aimed at reimagining customer engagement within the collectibles ecosystem.
- • Define, communicate, and drive a unified customer experience strategy that balances strategic innovation with operational excellence across all touchpoints.
- • Develop and execute a forward-looking product roadmap aligned with business goals, leading delivery from discovery through launch with speed, quality, and measurable impact.
- • Partner closely with executive leadership, design, engineering, and business teams to align priorities, build trust, and drive cross-functional momentum.
- • Champion the modernization of legacy processes into digital, customer-centric paradigms by translating market trends, technology shifts, and user feedback into actionable product plans.
- • Establish clear, ambitious KPIs for user experience, satisfaction, retention, and platform growth; drive teams to deliver measurable results and iterate based on data insights.
- • Mentor and elevate fellow product managers and cross-disciplinary teams to advance the product craft and foster a culture of continuous learning, humility, and high performance.
- • Leverage the latest technology tools, including AI, to enhance collaboration with partners and improve product outcomes.
- • Deliver crisp, context-aware communication across audiences—from executive presentations to engineering standups—making complex concepts simple and actionable.
- • Become a subject matter expert in the collectibles industry, understanding what drives the coin, card, comic, and memorabilia hobbies both digitally and in-person, and evangelize new possibilities to users and internal stakeholders.
- • Work within a hybrid environment where candidates within one-hour commuting distance of the Santa Ana, California office may be expected to work onsite most of the time, with additional details to be discussed during recruitment.
- • Lead product initiatives that support Collectors Universe’s subsidiaries including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder, serving millions of collectibles annually.
- • Drive adoption of digital vaulting and trading experiences, including integration with platforms like eBay’s PSA Vault.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in product management, preferably in consumer-facing products or major platforms with end-to-end ownership
- • Strategic leadership experience shaping vision, roadmap, and business impact at scale
- • Proven ability to bridge legacy business models with modern market trends and digital transformation
- • Expert stakeholder management skills with ability to simplify complex issues and build alignment across executive and technical teams
- • Strong technical and business intuition to make bold, data-informed decisions
- • Outstanding communication skills—clear, persuasive, and context-driven across diverse audiences
