Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead the end-to-end redesign of the professional onboarding journey for healthcare workers, from registration and identity verification to credential collection and first-shift readiness.
- • Drive measurable improvements in onboarding conversion rates by eliminating manual, high-friction steps and replacing them with AI-native workflows and agentic automation.
- • Serve as the primary product owner for the credentialing rules engine, translating complex compliance requirements into clear, scalable product specifications without duplicating internal domain expertise.
- • Architect a modular, flexible onboarding foundation that accommodates varying credential complexity across roles—from CNAs to RNs and surgical techs—without relying on bespoke builds for each professional type.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering delivery partners to define non-negotiable product outcomes while allowing them autonomy in execution, operating in an augmented product model.
- • Partner with compliance, credentialing, and operations teams to ensure onboarding workflows meet regulatory standards while maximizing speed-to-productivity for healthcare professionals.
- • Use data to connect onboarding throughput directly to key business metrics including supply liquidity, facility fill rates, and platform retention.
- • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to reduce time-to-first-shift by analyzing user behavior, drop-off points, and system bottlenecks across the onboarding funnel.
- • Champion user-centered design principles that build trust and confidence in a regulated, high-stakes environment where compliance errors have real-world consequences.
- • Translate ambiguous regulatory and operational constraints into precise, testable product requirements that engineering can execute with clarity and speed.
- • Own the product roadmap for professional onboarding, balancing short-term conversion goals with long-term scalability and platform-wide integration needs.
- • Act as the most demanding consumer of internal credentialing systems, ensuring product features deliver a seamless, error-resistant experience that reduces support burden and increases professional satisfaction.
- • Work asynchronously across U.S. time zones with distributed teams, maintaining alignment through clear documentation, structured communication, and outcome-focused collaboration.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies to identify viable applications for reducing manual credential verification, document review, and compliance checks.
- • Maintain deep empathy for the diverse needs of healthcare professionals, ensuring the onboarding experience is intuitive, respectful, and accessible across varying levels of digital literacy and professional experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-9 years in product management, with at least 3 years on marketplace or platform products with supply-side onboarding complexity.
- • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion in credentialing-heavy, regulated, or compliance-driven environments.
- • Real-world experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated intelligence within production workflows.
- • Strong data instincts and the ability to connect onboarding throughput directly to business outcomes like supply liquidity and fill rate.
- • Proven ability to lead and deliver across ownership boundaries, working seamlessly with engineering, compliance, and peer product teams.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Inclusive and collaborative work environment where all voices are valued.
- • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage that begins on your first day.
- • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
- • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
- • Paid parental leave.
- • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
