Staff Product Manager, Search & Monetization

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager on Mozilla’s Firefox Desktop Search & Monetization team, you will own the strategy and execution for search experiences across Windows, macOS, and Linux, directly impacting one of Mozilla’s most critical revenue and engagement drivers.
• • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end experimentation on search access points and monetization surfaces, define success metrics with Data Science, partner with Business Development on search partnerships, and balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes.
• • You will join a mission-driven, non-profit-backed team at Mozilla Corporation, where open-source software is built to reclaim the internet for people, not companies, and where over 225 million monthly users rely on Firefox for privacy-respecting browsing.
• • In this role, you will shape long-term search strategy, contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identify strategic opportunities, and grow your impact as a product leader influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
