Staff Product Manager, Search & Monetization

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Product Manager on Mozilla’s Search & Monetization team, you will own the strategy and execution for search within the Firefox Desktop browser across Windows, macOS, and Linux, driving search engagement and revenue while upholding Mozilla’s privacy-first mission.
• • You will lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points, default experiences, and monetization surfaces; define success metrics with Data Science; partner with Business Development on search partnerships; and navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes.
• • You will contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks, opportunities, and long-term strategic initiatives for one of Mozilla’s most critical revenue-generating product areas.
