- • As a Staff Product Manager for Stablecoin and Fiat Rails at Figure Technologies, you will own the product strategy and execution for YLDS, the company’s yield-bearing stablecoin, driving innovation in digital currency and blockchain-powered financial products that serve hundreds of thousands of users.
- • You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for retail and institutional experiences around YLDS purchase, redemption, transfer, and tax reporting, while integrating with the Provenance Blockchain and external custody solutions to enable seamless asset movement.
- • You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to build internal tooling, define KPIs, and align cross-functional efforts that support customer operations and scalable product delivery.
- • You will synthesize user feedback into actionable improvements, analyze workflows to mitigate risks, and present data-driven insights to leadership, enabling you to shape the future of Figure’s Markets business and grow your impact in fintech and blockchain innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience in FinTech, blockchain, or crypto companies
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- • Knowledge and experience with blockchain technology and digital wallet functionality
- • Knowledge and experience with asset movement or traditional fiat rails
- • Extensive experience developing products with external partners
- • Strong communication skills to convey complex data and user insights to technical and executive audiences
