- • As a Staff Product Manager at ClickUp, you will own a cross-functional problem space or foundational platform area that shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces, driving strategic alignment and building the product hands-on in an AI-augmented environment.
- • Day to day, you will prototype cross-cutting workflows, synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback, define and own strategic problem spaces, mentor senior PMs, represent the product voice in leadership conversations, and contribute to how the PM function operates through discovery, quality definition, and success measurement.
- • ClickUp is building the first truly converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search with context-driven AI, empowering millions of teams to break free from silos and reclaim time; you’ll join a bold, innovative team redefining the future of work.
- • In this role, you will learn to leverage AI tooling to accelerate alignment, prototype independently, QA your own work, and scale your impact through inventing leverage and AI workflows that other PMs adopt, while sharpening your systems thinking, executive communication, and mentorship abilities at a company pioneering AI in product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8+ years in product management with a record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform
- • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority across engineering, design, data, and GTM
- • Systems thinker who sees second-order effects and accounts for them before they become problems
- • Ability to hold strategy and execution at the same time without handing off detail as scope grows
- • Track record of mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping your own work
- • Strong data instincts: pulling your own analysis, defining the right metrics, and spotting when a number is telling the wrong story
- • Experience with AI tooling and actively finding new ways to scale coverage through it
- • Proven communicator at the executive level: framing complex problems crisply and landing recommendations with senior stakeholders
