• • As a Staff Program Manager at Mariana Minerals, you will play a pivotal role in bridging operational excellence with digital transformation at the company’s first operating mine, Copper One in Utah, supporting the mission to supply critical minerals for modern energy, AI, and defense technologies through software-driven innovation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing performance metrics and implementing data collection and reporting processes to track operational performance against site and company goals, working with functional leaders to identify and implement process improvements across finance, maintenance, supply chain, environmental, and safety functions, using site operational workflows to inform the development of internal digital tools and driving their adoption, and owning the operational cadence for site leadership by managing leadership meetings, reporting practices, and improving internal communications to ensure timely information flow across teams.
