📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer at Solink Corporation, you will play a hands-on role in solving meaningful problems, driving outcomes, and contributing directly to the company’s growth by designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features across video applications with a strong emphasis on backend services and systems integration.
• • You will design, build, and maintain full-stack features across Solink’s video applications, with a strong emphasis on backend services and systems integration (roughly 60–70% backend), including stream lifecycle management, live and recorded video playback, video export/clip generation, and investigation/search experiences that depend on fast, reliable video retrieval.
• • You will work within the Core Apps department, collaborating closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into pragmatic, production-ready solutions, while mentoring and influencing other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and informal knowledge sharing.
