📋 Description
- • As a Staff Software Engineer at TriEdge Investments, you will serve as a senior technical leader embedded with operators and clients, owning complex problem spaces from discovery through production to build scalable automation solutions that improve real business operations across a portfolio of 30+ companies.
- • You will lead deep technical discovery with operators and clients, diagnose workflows and pain points, own end-to-end system architecture spanning web, cloud, data, and AI infrastructure, and rapidly prototype and harden solutions in live client environments while setting technical direction for performance, security, and resilience.
- • TriEdge Investments builds technology that helps real businesses operate better by embedding with operators to design and ship automation that moves key metrics like throughput, cost, and reliability, turning hard-won solutions into scalable platform tools across its portfolio.
- • In this role, you will learn to shape requirements in partnership with users and executives, define reusable system architectures, influence technical direction at the executive level, and drive production excellence through root-cause analysis and systemic improvements while remaining hands-on in code.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with demonstrated Staff-level impact in production environments
- • Proven experience leveraging AI development stack to develop enterprise-grade applications end to end, including tools like Claude code, custom MCP, skills, and backend-as-a-service
- • Broad technical depth across the stack (e.g., Python, React/Next.js, SQL/NoSQL, cloud infrastructure) with judgment to choose appropriate tools and architectures
- • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into production systems, understanding tradeoffs across performance, cost, reliability, and compliance
- • Strong API and systems design expertise, including defining interfaces and patterns that scale beyond a single team or deployment
- • Exceptional communicator capable of influencing engineers, operators, and executives through clear technical reasoning and written design artifacts
