- • As a Staff Software Engineer at Zencoder, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader shaping the technical direction of a universal AI platform that integrates generative coding workflows into developer tools, driving innovation in how software is built and deployed.
- • You will write production code, lead architecture and design discussions, mentor engineers, and influence engineering culture by promoting best practices in testing, observability, security, and cloud-native design across distributed systems.
- • Zencoder is an early-stage, remote-first company founded by serial entrepreneur Andrew Filev (founder of a unicorn startup), focused on enterprise-grade AI-powered development tools with multi-repo intelligence and flexible deployment options including on-premise, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and AI-assisted development while gaining influence over technical strategy and contributing to a high-impact product used by developers worldwide.
