- • As a Staff Software Engineer on Asana’s Functional Integrations team in Warsaw, you will own technical design and project execution for integrating Asana with high-value function-specific tools like those used in Operations, Marketing, and IT, enabling seamless collaboration across departments.
- • Day to day, you will lead complex projects, mentor engineers through pairing and code reviews, make hands-on contributions to Asana’s core product, partner with Product, Design, and Engineering Management to define strategy, and collaborate with other technical leads to align on long-term technical direction.
- • You’ll join Asana’s Platform Area team in Warsaw, which owns critical integrations that extend Asana’s capabilities into users’ workflows, helping establish it as the shared collaboration infrastructure for teams worldwide.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-enhanced productivity while contributing to an inclusive, transparent culture in Asana’s growing Warsaw office.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience working in large codebases
- • 1+ years of experience leading a complex project end-to-end or in a tech/team lead role
- • Proficient at owning and delegating technical design decisions
- • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and PM/Design partners to define requirements, make tradeoffs, and align on long-term plans
- • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity
- • Deep commitment to fostering collaboration and psychological safety among team members
