📋 Description

• • As a Staff Software Engineer on Tide’s Agentic Platform, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, designing and building scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems that power generative AI capabilities across the enterprise. Your work will directly influence long-term technical direction by creating reusable frameworks and platforms that enable AI to be adopted safely and efficiently by other teams.
• • Day to day, you will build core services for the agentic platform including APIs, workflow orchestration, and tool integration; integrate third-party components where they accelerate delivery and build custom solutions where control, trust, and reuse are paramount; collaborate with product, data, platform, and security teams to productionize shared AI capabilities; design services that are observable, secure, and easy for other teams to adopt; and help shape reusable engineering patterns for AI-enabled workflows.
• • You will join a passionate, innovative team at Tide Platform Limited, a fast-growing fintech serving over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France. Tide is transforming small business banking by combining business accounts with intelligent administrative tools like invoicing and accounting, all designed with SMEs in mind.
