- • The Staff Software Engineer - Applied AI will architect and develop systems, tools, and agents that leverage foundational AI models to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions, driving innovation and business value across Forward Financing’s technology stack.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and building backend services and APIs that integrate AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face), creating scalable architectures for AI workflows, enabling rapid test-and-learn experimentation, and collaborating with product, data, and frontend teams to translate business needs into technical implementations.
