- • As a Staff Software Engineer - Data AI Agent at Aledade, you will focus on building and maintaining a Data AI agent tool designed to automate data analysis use cases, reducing manual work and delivering value through automation.
- • You will partner with stakeholders to propose design patterns, shape work for yourself and your team, and iteratively deliver solutions inspired by industry examples like AI Data Agents from OpenAI and Pinterest.
- • You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, including collaborating with Product on requirements, creating design documents, building prototypes, writing user documentation, and mentoring engineers.
- • You will contribute to data modeling, API maintenance, and metadata governance while embracing new technologies and fostering a positive team culture through ownership and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in backend systems, APIs, and data-oriented applications.
- • Experience with data modeling, API design and maintenance, and metadata management in production environments.
- • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
- • Comfort with learning new technologies quickly and working in ambiguous, innovative spaces such as AI agents and automation.
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
