• • Staff Software Engineer / Tech Lead role focused on driving technical direction across the Observability team, ensuring alignment between product goals, system design, and engineering execution.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining backend systems for NetBox Labs' SaaS and on-premise products, guiding technical domain structuring, mentoring engineers through code reviews and design sessions, operating what you build via deployment and on-call rotations, and partnering with product managers to translate roadmap goals into engineering plans.
• • NetBox Labs is the commercial steward of open source NetBox and Orb, helping companies build and manage complex networks through open, composable products and supporting the network automation community, backed by notable investors including Notable Capital, Grafana Labs, and Salesforce Ventures.
