Staff Solution Architect

📋 Description

• • As a Staff Solution Architect at Honeycomb Inc., you will drive technical strategy on the company's largest and most complex deals, partnering with Strategic AEs and Sales Leadership to shape major customer decisions and influence go-to-market strategy.
• • Day to day, you will lead discovery, solution design, and executive conversations; own the technical win by guiding POCs and competitive bake-offs; advise engineering leaders on AI-era observability; turn complex customer environments into clear architectures; leverage AI tools; get hands-on with instrumentation and issue resolution; build scalable technical content and demos; deliver impactful presentations; collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and DevRel; bring field signals back to shape product direction; and mentor peers while modeling judgment and autonomy.
