📋 Description

• • As a Staff Solutions Consultant at Mango Technologies, Inc. (operating as ClickUp), you will own presales engagements for commercial and enterprise customers, designing scalable, outcome-driven solutions that embed AI and AI Agents into how work is structured, executed, and governed inside ClickUp.
• • You will lead structured discovery sessions and workshops with business, technical, and executive stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, constraints, success metrics, and AI readiness; document current state processes; map system touchpoints and integrations; design ClickUp solution architectures combining workflows, automations, integrations, and AI Agents; configure and validate solutions; build prototypes and demo environments; quantify value and develop business cases; author and own Statements of Work; and partner with Account Executives and delivery teams on resource planning.
