  • • As a Staff Windows Low Level C++ Engineer in Endpoint Security at SentinelOne, you will design and develop advanced security features for the Windows endpoint protection platform, working across both user-mode and kernel-mode environments to protect millions of devices globally.
  • • You will build and optimize mission-critical components such as anti-tampering protections, network sensors, device control, and agent infrastructure, while solving complex performance and stability challenges at massive scale, handling hundreds of billions of events daily.
  • • You will collaborate with distributed engineering teams to research Windows internals, debug deep system issues, and deliver high-impact security capabilities that influence the security of tens of millions of Windows devices across enterprise and government customers, including Fortune 10 and Global 2000 organizations.
  • • You will have the opportunity to design, develop, test, and debug complex real-world problems using modern C++ (23), continuously enrich your expertise in Windows OS internals, kernel development, and endpoint protection ecosystems, and share knowledge across Platform and broader Windows teams.
  • • This is a 100% remote, full-time permanent role based in Spain with flexible working hours, optional coworking membership, and relocation assistance available for those willing to move to the Czech Republic (subject to EU work eligibility).

🎯 Requirements

  • • Multiple years of experience as a software engineer in low-level programming using modern C++ (or C with willingness to learn modern C++)
  • • Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of Windows OS design and internals, including low-level development, debugging of Windows applications, and familiarity with standard debugging and profiling tools
  • • Previous experience working on a production-grade product with wide-scale deployment
  • • Great communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively across different time zones, with strong problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
  • • Attention to detail and high coding standards
  • • Advantageous: experience with Windows Kernel and Windows Drivers development, security-oriented development, reversing, or malware analysis
