  • • You will be instrumental in building your practice from the ground up, setting the foundation for a nationwide movement that prioritizes BCBA autonomy and exceptional client care.
  • • Collaborate closely with the Finni Health team to define and implement essential operational frameworks, including the development of comprehensive practice guidelines, employee handbooks, and standardized operational processes.
  • • Engage in proactive communication with Finni Health's dedicated billing and insurance team, ensuring adherence to all payor requirements and timely submission of claims to optimize revenue cycle management.
  • • Provide critical field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of ABA interventions.
  • • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of treatment approaches, analyzing client progress data and making necessary modifications to intervention plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • • Conduct thorough functional assessments to understand the underlying functions of behavior and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • • Author comprehensive assessment reports and progress reports, meticulously documenting client progress, challenges, and treatment adjustments.
  • • Design and deliver engaging training programs on behavior intervention plan implementation, as well as other related in-service sessions, including specialized client-specific intervention training for both clinical staff and parents.
  • • Ensure that all treatment methodologies employed are rigorously evidence-based, aligning with the most current research findings and best practices in the field of ABA.
  • • Train and supervise clinical staff through direct observation, constructive feedback, and ongoing performance monitoring, ensuring fidelity in the implementation of ABA interventions.
  • • Partner collaboratively with families, engaging them as active participants in the development and implementation of behavior support strategies, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.
