This unique opportunity is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who aspire to lead and innovate within the autism care sector. Finni Health is dedicated to empowering BCBAs by providing the infrastructure and support needed to establish and grow their own independent practices, thereby democratizing access to high-quality ABA services nationwide.
- • As a foundational member of our Georgia initiative, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of ABA service delivery. Your role as a Practice Owner will involve collaborating closely with the Finni Health team to meticulously set up your practice from the ground up. This includes developing comprehensive guidelines, essential handbooks, and streamlined operational processes that will serve as the blueprint for empowering BCBAs across the country. You will be at the forefront of establishing the standards for a new era of provider-led ABA services.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve close communication and collaboration with our dedicated team on all matters related to billing and insurance. You will ensure compliance with payor requirements, manage submission deadlines effectively, and contribute to the financial sustainability of your practice. This collaborative approach ensures that administrative burdens are managed efficiently, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence.
- • You will provide essential field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality of direct client care. This supervisory role is critical in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of treatment plans.
- • A core responsibility will be to meticulously monitor the effectiveness of implemented treatment approaches. You will analyze client progress data, adapt intervention strategies as needed, and ensure that all therapeutic interventions are evidence-based, incorporating the latest research findings in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- • You will conduct comprehensive functional assessments to understand client needs thoroughly. Based on these assessments, you will complete detailed assessment reports and ongoing progress reports, providing clear, data-driven insights into client development and treatment outcomes.
- • Designing and delivering behavior intervention plans is central to this role. You will also be responsible for implementing training programs for staff and parents, ensuring that all methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings. This includes providing client-specific intervention training to ensure consistent and effective application of ABA principles.
- • Your expertise will be vital in training and supervising clinical staff. This involves ongoing monitoring of their direct implementation of ABA interventions, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their development to ensure the highest level of clinical treatment is consistently offered to clients.
- • Collaboration with families is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand with parents and guardians to develop effective behavior support strategies, empowering them to be active participants in their child's therapeutic journey. This partnership approach ensures a holistic and supportive environment for clients.
- • This role offers the unique advantage of focusing your practice on a specific local market within Georgia or extending your reach to serve remote clients in other states, providing flexibility in your practice's scope and impact. By joining Finni Health, you are not just starting a practice; you are joining a movement to revolutionize ABA care, ensuring that passionate BCBAs can fulfill their professional dreams without the typical risks and administrative hurdles associated with practice ownership.
