- • Embark on a transformative career journey as a pioneering Practice Owner in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within the state of Illinois, in partnership with Finni Health Inc. This unique opportunity is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who aspire to lead and innovate within the autism care sector, contributing to the democratization of essential services nationwide.
- • At Finni Health, we are driven by a profound commitment to empower BCBAs, recognizing the historical challenges faced by providers within traditional clinic structures. Our mission is to dismantle these barriers by integrating cutting-edge software solutions with world-class clinical expertise, creating a comprehensive, all-in-one platform that supports BCBAs in delivering meticulous and impactful care to families.
- • As a new Practice Owner, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling your own ABA practice from its inception. This role offers the flexibility to focus on a specific local market within Illinois or to extend your reach by serving remote clients across other states, thereby expanding access to vital ABA services.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of clinical and operational leadership. You will collaborate closely with the Finni Health team to meticulously develop and implement essential practice guidelines, comprehensive handbooks, and streamlined operational processes. This collaborative effort ensures that your practice adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency from day one.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve close communication with our dedicated team regarding all billing and insurance-related matters. This includes ensuring compliance with payor requirements, managing claim submissions, and adhering to critical deadlines to maintain the financial health and operational flow of your practice.
- • You will provide essential field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of ABA interventions. This includes direct oversight, performance feedback, and ongoing support to cultivate a skilled and motivated clinical team.
- • A core clinical responsibility is the continuous monitoring of treatment effectiveness. You will analyze client progress, assess the impact of intervention strategies, and make necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and ensure that each client receives the most effective and personalized care.
- • Conducting thorough functional assessments is paramount. Based on these assessments, you will develop comprehensive evaluation and progress reports, providing clear, data-driven insights into client development and the efficacy of interventions.
- • You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust behavior intervention plans. This includes providing essential training and in-service programs to clinical staff and parents, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively implement ABA methodologies in various settings.
- • Upholding the highest clinical integrity, you will ensure that all treatment methodologies employed are evidence-based, drawing upon the most recent and relevant research findings in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- • Your leadership extends to training and supervising clinical staff. This involves ongoing monitoring of direct intervention implementation, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence among your team.
- • A crucial element of your practice will be close collaboration with families. You will partner with parents and guardians to develop effective behavior support strategies, empowering them to play an active role in their child's therapeutic journey and reinforcing progress made in clinical settings.
- • This role is an unparalleled opportunity to not only practice ABA at its highest level but also to shape the future of autism care by building a practice that embodies innovation, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to client well-being. Join us in revolutionizing the ABA landscape and empowering BCBAs to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams without the typical risks associated with practice ownership.
