• • As a new Practice Owner, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling your own ABA practice from its inception. • • A key aspect of your role will involve close communication with our dedicated team regarding all billing and insurance-related matters. This includes ensuring compliance with payor requirements, managing claim submissions, and adhering to critical deadlines to maintain the financial health and operational flow of your practice.
• • You will provide essential field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of ABA interventions. This includes direct oversight, performance feedback, and ongoing support to cultivate a skilled and motivated clinical team.
• • A core clinical responsibility is the continuous monitoring of treatment effectiveness. You will analyze client progress, assess the impact of intervention strategies, and make necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and ensure that each client receives the most effective and personalized care.
• • Conducting thorough functional assessments is paramount. Based on these assessments, you will develop comprehensive evaluation and progress reports, providing clear, data-driven insights into client development and the efficacy of interventions.
