  • • Embark on a transformative career journey as a pioneering practice owner in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within the vibrant state of Michigan, in collaboration with Finni Health Inc. This unique opportunity is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who aspire to establish and lead their own ABA practice, contributing to the critical mission of democratizing access to high-quality autism care.
  • • Finni Health was founded on a profound commitment to empowering BCBAs, recognizing the historical challenges and underappreciation faced by these dedicated professionals within traditional clinic settings. Our innovative model aims to rectify this by merging cutting-edge software solutions with the expertise of world-class providers, creating a comprehensive, all-in-one ecosystem that supports every BCBA in delivering meticulous, family-centered care.
  • • As a new practice owner, you will be at the forefront of this movement, working hand-in-hand with our dedicated team to build your practice from its foundational stages. This role is not just about managing a business; it's about shaping the future of ABA service delivery, setting a precedent for empowering BCBAs nationwide to fulfill their passion for making a profound difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of clinical and operational leadership. You will actively collaborate with the Finni Health team to meticulously develop and implement essential practice guidelines, comprehensive handbooks, and streamlined operational processes. This collaborative effort ensures your practice adheres to the highest standards of quality and efficiency from day one.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve close communication with our central team regarding all billing and insurance-related matters. This includes ensuring compliance with payor requirements, managing claim submissions, and optimizing revenue cycles to support the financial health of your practice.
  • • You will provide essential field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of ABA interventions. This includes direct oversight, feedback, and support to ensure adherence to treatment plans and ethical practice.
  • • A critical component of your clinical leadership involves continuously monitoring the effectiveness of implemented treatment approaches. You will analyze client progress data, assess the impact of interventions, and make necessary modifications to treatment programs to ensure optimal outcomes for each individual.
  • • Conducting thorough functional assessments is paramount. You will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessment reports and detailed progress reports, providing clear, data-driven insights into client development and the efficacy of interventions.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering behavior intervention plans, alongside comprehensive training programs for staff and parents. This includes specialized, client-specific intervention training, equipping all stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to effectively implement ABA strategies.
  • • Ensuring that all treatment methodologies are rigorously evidence-based and reflect the most current research findings in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will champion a culture of continuous learning and scientific integrity within your practice.
  • • You will actively train and supervise clinical staff, providing ongoing monitoring and constructive feedback to ensure the direct implementation of ABA interventions aligns with best practices and client needs.
  • • A significant part of your role involves close collaboration with families. You will partner with parents and caregivers in the development and implementation of effective behavior support strategies, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance and empowering families to be active participants in their child's progress.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to not only practice ABA at the highest level but also to build and lead a practice that embodies Finni Health's vision of provider empowerment and accessible, quality autism care. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive, ethical, and clinically excellent environment for both your team and the families you serve.
