- • Embark on a transformative career journey as a Practice Owner in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with Finni Health Inc., based in Omaha, Nebraska. This unique opportunity is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who aspire to lead and innovate within the autism care sector. Finni Health is dedicated to empowering BCBAs by providing the infrastructure and support needed to establish and grow their own independent practices, thereby democratizing access to high-quality ABA services nationwide.
- • As a foundational member of our network, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of ABA service delivery. Your role as a Practice Owner involves building your behavioral therapy practice from the ground up, whether focusing on a local Nebraska market or extending your reach to serve remote clients across other states. This is a chance to not only fulfill your professional aspirations but also to set a precedent for empowering BCBAs across the country.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Finni Health team to define and implement the core operational guidelines, comprehensive handbooks, and efficient processes that will govern your practice. This includes working hand-in-hand with our dedicated billing and insurance specialists to ensure strict adherence to payor requirements and timely submission of all necessary documentation, streamlining the financial aspects of your practice.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve providing both in-person and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians. This leadership component is crucial for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care and fostering the professional growth of your team. You will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of established treatment approaches, making data-driven modifications to intervention programs as needed to optimize client outcomes.
- • The position requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practices. You will conduct thorough functional assessments, meticulously complete comprehensive assessment reports, and develop detailed progress reports that accurately reflect client development and treatment efficacy. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and delivering robust behavior intervention plans, alongside crucial in-service training programs for both clinical staff and parents, ensuring a unified and informed approach to care.
- • Your expertise will be vital in training and supervising clinical staff. This involves continuous monitoring of direct ABA intervention implementation, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in collaborating directly with families, working in partnership to develop effective and sustainable behavior support strategies that are tailored to individual needs and family dynamics.
- • This role offers the unparalleled opportunity to be at the forefront of a movement to revolutionize ABA service delivery. By leveraging Finni Health's cutting-edge software and your clinical expertise, you will contribute to creating an all-in-one solution that supports BCBAs in delivering meticulous, family-centered care. Your work will directly impact the accessibility and quality of autism care, making a profound difference in the lives of individuals and families.
- • We are seeking individuals who are not only clinically proficient but also possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to lead. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to build something meaningful, to champion a new model of practice ownership, and to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to ethical and effective ABA services. Join us in redefining what's possible in ABA therapy and empowering a new generation of practice leaders.
