đź“‹ Description

  • • Embark on a transformative journey to establish and lead your own Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice, empowered by Finni Health's comprehensive support system. This unique opportunity is designed for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who aspire to build a thriving practice from the ground up, contributing to the vital mission of democratizing access to high-quality autism care nationwide.
  • • Finni Health was founded on the principle of empowering BCBAs, recognizing the historical challenges and limitations faced by providers within traditional clinic structures. Our vision is to revolutionize ABA service delivery by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge software solutions with the expertise of world-class providers, creating an all-encompassing platform that supports every BCBA's dedication to delivering meticulous and effective care to families.
  • • As a new practice owner, you will be at the forefront of this movement, working collaboratively with the Finni Health team to establish your practice. This includes defining your operational scope, whether focusing on a local community or serving remote clients across different states. You will play a pivotal role in setting the foundational framework that will ultimately empower BCBAs across the country.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of practice management and clinical oversight. You will collaborate closely with the Finni Health team to develop essential practice infrastructure, including crafting operational guidelines, comprehensive handbooks, and streamlined processes that ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve close communication with our dedicated team regarding billing and insurance matters. This includes understanding and adhering to payor requirements, managing claim submissions, and ensuring timely processing to maintain the financial health of your practice.
  • • You will provide essential field and virtual supervision to Behavior Technicians, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent, high-quality implementation of ABA interventions. This supervisory role is critical for maintaining the integrity of treatment plans and supporting your team.
  • • A core clinical responsibility will be to continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented treatment approaches. This involves data analysis, regular assessment of client progress, and making necessary modifications to behavior intervention plans to optimize outcomes and ensure client-centered care.
  • • You will be responsible for conducting thorough functional assessments to understand the underlying functions of behavior. Based on these assessments, you will complete comprehensive evaluation and progress reports, documenting client journeys and demonstrating the impact of interventions.
  • • Designing and delivering effective behavior intervention plans is central to this role. This includes providing training and implementation support to clinical staff and parents, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to support the client's progress consistently and effectively.
  • • A commitment to evidence-based practice is paramount. You will ensure that all treatment methodologies employed are grounded in the most recent scientific research and best practices within the field of ABA.
  • • You will actively train and supervise clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure the direct and accurate implementation of ABA interventions. This mentorship fosters a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
  • • Collaboration with families is a cornerstone of successful ABA therapy. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to develop and implement effective behavior support strategies, fostering a strong partnership in the client's therapeutic journey.
  • • This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to not only practice ABA at the highest level but also to shape the future of ABA service delivery, making a profound difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
