- • As a Startups Acquisition Coordinator at Web Summit LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing participation from high-potential startups for Web Summit and related events such as Collision and RISE, directly contributing to the company’s mission of fostering meaningful global connections in the tech ecosystem.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and reaching out to innovative startups worldwide, evaluating their fit for Web Summit events, building relationships with founders and early-stage teams, and coordinating the end-to-end acquisition process to ensure a diverse and impactful startup presence at each event.
- • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven team at Web Summit LLC, a globally recognized organizer of premier technology conferences known for connecting entrepreneurs, investors, media, and industry leaders, with a proven track record of working with transformative companies like Uber, Dropbox, Stripe, and Airbnb.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the global startup landscape, sharpen your skills in business development and relationship management, and gain firsthand insight into how major tech events drive innovation, investment, and cross-border collaboration — positioning you for growth in startup ecosystem roles, partnerships, or international business development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in startup outreach, business development, or partnership acquisition
- • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate startup potential and fit
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging founders and teams
- • Ability to manage end-to-end coordination processes with attention to detail
- • Passion for the global startup ecosystem and innovation-driven events
- • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
