📋 Description
- • As the Store Manager at Dyson Limited, you will lead a team in a unique Dyson Demo Zone at Chadstone Shopping Centre, building, training, and guiding service-oriented Dyson Experts to deliver outstanding customer experiences through product demonstrations, education, and world-class service.
- • Day to day, you will oversee store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, compliance, health and safety, and security, while driving sales, customer service, and profitability targets and launching new products.
- • You will join a global technology enterprise known for innovative engineering and design, operating a fixed-term contract until April 2027 within a vibrant, diverse culture focused on recognition, ambition, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in premium retail, deepen product knowledge across Dyson’s technology range, and cultivate a community of loyal customers while advancing your ability to influence stakeholders and manage high-performance teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience of leading, motivating, and developing a team in a premium retail environment
- • Proven experience of store leadership
- • Proven experience in running the day-to-day operations of a store
- • Proven ability communicating with, challenging, and influencing senior stakeholders
- • Advanced MS Office Suite
