📋 Description

• • The Strategic Account Director is the single accountable executive owner for Medely’s most strategic enterprise healthcare systems, responsible for protecting and expanding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and ensuring long-term partnership health.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning renewal strategies starting nine months in advance, leading Executive Business Reviews, monitoring facility-level adoption and usage trends, leading escalations for high-impact facilities, and quarterbacking a cross-functional Account Pod to align Sales, Operations, Product, and RevOps.
• • Medely is a high-growth Series-C technology startup reimagining healthcare work through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools, operating as a fully remote team dedicated to transforming how healthcare workers and facilities collaborate to improve patient lives.
• • In this role, you will learn to drive enterprise-level strategic value, master executive influence without authority, build multi-threaded relationships across procurement, operations, finance, and regional leadership, and shape long-term partnership roadmaps while directly impacting revenue retention and system-wide reliability.
