- • As a Strategic Account Executive at Twilio, you will drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships across Southern Europe by managing high-value accounts and expanding Twilio’s portfolio of communications solutions, including voice, messaging, email, contact center, and account security software. This role is critical to Twilio’s mission of empowering businesses to build personalized customer experiences at scale, particularly in key markets like Spain, the UK, and Ireland.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include servicing fast-growing customers in the region, growing revenue and gross profit share of wallet within your key account list, opening doors to the purchase of Twilio’s products and services, maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, managing the contract process, selling solutions to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers, thinking creatively to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details, and balancing multiple priorities while handling numerous deals simultaneously.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise sales motions, deepen your understanding of cloud communications technology, refine your ability to navigate complex financial and contractual negotiations, and grow your impact as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders — all while contributing to Twilio’s global mission of transforming how the world communicates.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of Account Management or Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base
- • Proven history of working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprises to SMBs
- • Demonstrated consistent success in achieving sales quota
- • Track record of Account Management experience with a solid understanding of cross-selling and upselling solutions within a mature customer base
- • Solid understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base, including Revenue and Gross Profit tracking, and Risk and Opportunity (net new business) cadence
- • Fluency in one of the following languages: French, Italian, or Spanish
