- • Strategic Account Executive responsible for closing strategic AI enterprise deals and growing Kustomer’s business as a key member of the Enterprise Sales team
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing quarterly/annual sales goals, meeting AI and platform sales quotas, driving new client acquisition through the full sales lifecycle, delivering AI value propositions and product demos, representing Kustomer as an industry thought leader, maintaining competitive market awareness, attending industry events, and coordinating with customer experience teams for seamless client onboarding
