  • • Strategic Account Executive role focused on driving growth through project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services for Blacksmith Agency.
  • • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, generate new business while growing existing client relationships, and lead consultative discovery, solution development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • • Work with a diverse range of clients across industries, partnering closely with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
  • • Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales
  • • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • • Experience managing longer, structured deal cycles (3 - 12 months sales cycles)
  • • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • • Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment
  • • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
