- • Strategic Account Executive role focused on driving growth through project-based engagements and ongoing marketing services for Blacksmith Agency.
- • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, generate new business while growing existing client relationships, and lead consultative discovery, solution development, and stakeholder alignment.
- • Work with a diverse range of clients across industries, partnering closely with SDRs, strategists, and leadership to win high-value business and expand existing accounts in a remote-first environment.
- • Opportunity to manage complex deals with multiple decision-makers, deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong client outcomes while advancing in a high-growth, collaborative team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role
- • Proven track record selling high-value solutions through consultative sales
- • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes
- • Experience managing longer, structured deal cycles (3 - 12 months sales cycles)
- • Strong executive presence and communication skills
- • Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment
- • Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
