- • As a Strategic Account Executive 3 at Twilio, you will lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers, directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned accounts.
- • Day to day, you will manage and expand key Retail customer accounts, develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and gross profit, partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, run disciplined forecasts, and conduct highly consultative sales cycles focused on deep discovery and championing customer needs.
