  • • As a Strategic Account Executive 4 at Twilio, you will lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers who use messaging, voice, and email services, directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned accounts.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and expand key ISV customer accounts in utility, automotive, public safety, and insurance industries; develop and execute account strategy to drive revenue, gross margin, and profit; partner with product, finance, support, and operations teams to identify new opportunities; run disciplined forecasts and present guidance to executive management; conduct highly consultative sales cycles focused on deep discovery and championing customer needs; and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
