  • • Strategic Account Executive role focused on selling Twilio’s communications solutions to high-value prospects and customers across EMEA, with emphasis on UK/I region.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include servicing fast-growing customers, growing revenue and gross profit share of wallet, opening doors to Twilio’s product suite (voice, messaging, email, contact centre, account security), creating pricing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • • Opportunity to develop expertise in complex technical sales, cross-selling and upselling within mature accounts, financial reporting (revenue, GP tracking), and building trust with technical and business stakeholders while managing multiple deals and prioritizing effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of Account Management/Sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
  • • History of working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprises to SMBs.
  • • Demonstrated consistent success in achieving sales quotas.
  • • Proven track record in Account Management with solid understanding of cross-selling and upselling within mature customer bases.
  • • Solid understanding of financial reporting including revenue and gross profit tracking, risk, and opportunity (net new business) cadence.
  • • Experience selling to both technical and business audiences (desired).
  • • Experience or understanding of the communications market, including Messaging, Voice Calling, Email, or Account Security Verification (desired).
