  • • As a Strategic Account Executive 4 at Twilio, you will lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers who rely on Twilio’s messaging, voice, and email services, directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned accounts.
  • • Day to day, you will manage and expand key ISV customer accounts, develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and gross profit, partner with product, finance, support, and operations teams to identify new opportunities, run disciplined forecasts, and conduct highly consultative sales cycles focused on deep discovery and championing customer needs.
