- • The Strategic Account Executive is a leader responsible for overseeing the development and execution of CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value, playing a critical role in aligning customer insights with business growth objectives at Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions operating in 180+ countries.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and leading CRM evolution across marketing, sales, and service; building and maintaining long-term customer relationships; serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries; analyzing customer data to identify trends; implementing CRM strategies to enhance engagement and retention; collaborating with cross-functional teams; monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs; managing CRM systems for data accuracy; and leading initiatives to personalize interactions and improve service delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field
- • 10+ years of experience in Client Management / Account Management
- • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS implementation
- • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
- • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
