  • • Strategic Account Executive responsible for driving new revenue growth by identifying and selling language solutions to Healthcare and Enterprise organizations within a defined base of prospective and current customers.
  • • Day-to-day activities include identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities with new and existing Healthcare and Enterprise customers; developing strategic customer acquisition plans; managing a portfolio of leads from prospecting calls and marketing sources; understanding complex customer language support issues and recommending solutions from the full product suite; negotiating contract terms and managing the contract process through execution; creating sales plans by identifying decision makers, compelling events, buying processes, competitors, and action items; interfacing with product and market specialists to develop cross-product deal pricing; managing complex sales opportunities by ensuring buy-in from all customer stakeholders; coordinating development of comprehensive proposals for RFIs and RFPs; documenting and tracking all activity in Salesforce.com including pipeline opportunities, customer communications, task follow-up, and implementation records; ensuring efficient transition of closed deals to Account Managers for day-to-day account responsibilities; and providing support to cross-functional teams for tradeshows, networking events, demonstrations, and sales calls.
  • • LanguageLine Solutions is a provider of language interpretation, translation, localization, and language proficiency testing solutions, serving Healthcare and Enterprise clients across North America; the Sales department focuses on expanding market share through strategic account development and multi-product solution selling.
  • • The role offers opportunity to develop expertise in complex B2B sales cycles, master consultative and solution-selling methodologies, build executive-level relationships in Healthcare and Enterprise sectors, drive revenue growth through multi-product language solutions, and gain deep experience in Salesforce.com pipeline management and forecasting while contributing to company objectives of increased revenue and profit margins with longer contract durations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience
  • • Language services industry experience
  • • Proven ability to sell to top-level executives by articulating value proposition and tangible ROI
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com applications
  • • Highly motivated with positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • • Travel as required (up to 50%)
