- • Serve as a Strategic Account Executive for the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in Japan, leading commercial development of enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and customer retention through Celonis Process Intelligence.
- • Engage directly with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) and line-of-business leaders to align Celonis solutions with mission-critical business challenges in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance & Accounting, and Sustainability.
- • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, leveraging leads generated by the BDR team to conduct deep-dive, consultative sales cycles targeting six-figure and higher deal sizes.
- • Present and demonstrate the full Celonis suite of solutions, including Process Intelligence Graph capabilities, to articulate business value realization and secure long-term customer partnerships.
- • Collaborate closely with internal virtual teams comprising Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, cross-functional proposals.
- • Partner with major consulting firms (including Big4) and SaaS technology partners to co-develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and customer implementations.
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving numerous decision-makers across global and local enterprise organizations, ensuring timely progression to closure.
- • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling across Celonis’ end-to-end process intelligence offerings, focusing on sustained customer value and retention.
- • Operate within a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring agility, creative problem-solving, and resilience to evolving market demands and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native Japanese language proficiency for seamless client negotiation and proposal delivery
- • Proven experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions to C-level executives (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- • Demonstrated success in value-based selling within SaaS or software environments
- • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across large enterprises
- • Proven track record of collaborating with consulting firms (e.g., Big4) or enterprise technology partners
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a positive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset
