  • • Strategic Account Executive for New England region, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling SailPoint’s Identity Security Solutions to enterprise customers, leveraging the company’s market leadership position and strong customer base including half of the Fortune 500 and ASX 50.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include exceeding quarterly and yearly revenue quotas, developing and executing territory and opportunity plans, engaging customers and partners to understand needs, delivering tailored solutions, collaborating with marketing and channel teams, leading virtual cross-functional teams (presales, deal desk, professional services, customer success), managing Salesforce and Clari hygiene, forecasting accurately, initiating and managing multi-level customer discussions, and owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, specifically selling complex identity, security, or SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts.
  • • Deep understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape, including competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, with ability to articulate SailPoint’s differentiated value proposition.
  • • Strong experience in leading virtual sales teams, collaborating with presales, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • • Proficiency in Salesforce and Clari for pipeline management, forecasting, and maintaining accurate activity hygiene.
  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, business, or sales-related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for customer engagements, partner meetings, and internal alignment.
