- • Strategic Account Executive responsible for revenue retention, growth, renewal motions, and client satisfaction for 1-6 assigned accounts in the Northeast Region, working virtually.
- • Day-to-day activities include understanding client business challenges, collaborating with Solution Architects, developing commercial strategies, leading C-Suite discussions, forecasting revenue, and driving expansion across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of professional Sales/Account Management experience or 10+ years in Benefits or Leaves experience
- • Exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level
- • Proven ability to use facts and data to tell a story that drives revenue growth and retention
- • Travel expectation of 25-50% (sometimes on short notice) to support client meetings
- • Proven strategic thought leader with consultative selling approach and ability to inspire teams
- • Maintains strong content knowledge across the entire Alight portfolio
