- • Strategic Account Executive role focused on driving revenue retention, growth, and client satisfaction for 1-6 assigned accounts in the benefits and leaves ecosystem.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building executive relationships at C-Suite and Head of Shared Services levels, developing commercial strategies, leading renewal and expansion motions, collaborating with Solution Architects, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
- • Alight is a purpose-driven organization that empowers clients to build healthier, more financially secure workforces by unifying health, wealth, wellbeing, navigation, and absence management solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of professional Sales/Account Management experience or 10+ years in Benefits or Leaves experience
- • Exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level
- • Proven ability to use facts and data to tell a story that leads to revenue growth and retention
- • Travel expectation of 25-50% (sometimes on short notice) to support client meetings
- • Proven strategic thought leader with consultative selling approach and ability to inspire teams
- • Maintains strong content knowledge across the entire Alight portfolio
