- • Build and execute territory plans that map every strategic account, identify economic and technical champions, and sequence multi-threaded outreach across business, IT, and innovation teams.
- • Run consultative discovery workshops to surface high-impact problems—such as customer-support automation, code-generation, or internal knowledge search—and co-design pilot scopes that prove ROI in under 30 days.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams (Solutions Engineers, Product, Legal, Security) to deliver custom pilots, security reviews, and commercial proposals that shorten enterprise procurement cycles by 50 %.
- • Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline of 3× quota coverage, using MEDDPICC and value-selling frameworks to forecast with 95 % accuracy.
- • Negotiate complex subscription and usage-based pricing models, balancing customer flexibility with Unframe’s long-term revenue goals.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering, feeding real-time insights that shape the roadmap for data connectors, governance features, and vertical solution packs.
- • Mentor junior reps and SDRs on enterprise motion best practices, creating reusable playbooks that scale as the company triples headcount over the next 18 months.
- • Represent Unframe at marquee industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards, elevating brand credibility and generating high-intent pipeline.
- • Achieve and exceed an annual quota of $3 M+ ARR while maintaining a CAC payback period under 12 months.
- • Leverage modern tooling—Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and 6sense—to automate data hygiene, trigger timely follow-ups, and surface expansion signals inside existing accounts.
- • Champion a culture of experimentation by A/B testing messaging, pricing, and pilot formats, then sharing winning tactics across the global sales org.
- • Travel up to 25 % for on-site executive briefings, QBRs, and strategic workshops, ensuring face-to-face relationship depth in the largest accounts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with consistent top-10 % performance selling $500 K+ ACV deals to enterprise buyers.
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement, security, and legal processes at Fortune 500 companies.
- • Deep curiosity about AI/ML technologies and the confidence to discuss vector databases, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation with technical stakeholders.
- • Fluent in MEDDPICC or MEDDICC and proven experience using value-selling frameworks to build multi-threaded champions and compress sales cycles.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
