- • Sell Delinea’s cloud-native Identity Security Platform to Strategic Accounts with $10B+ annual revenue, managing end-to-end net new sales cycles from prospecting to close
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets by driving revenue growth within assigned geographic territory
- • Prospect and uncover new sales opportunities within strategic enterprise accounts by identifying key decision-makers and influencers
- • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by presenting the value of Delinea’s solutions directly to C-level executives
- • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and referenceability
- • Understand client business challenges and craft tailored, outcome-based solutions that align with their security and operational objectives
- • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline data within CRM (SFDC), ensuring timely updates and reliable forecasting
- • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to develop targeted account strategies and execution plans
- • Negotiate contracts and close agreements while maximizing profitability and alignment with customer needs
- • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions by coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations and timelines
- • Clearly communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders and external clients
- • Identify expansion opportunities within existing strategic accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue
- • Forecast quarterly sales results and annual revenue targets with precision, leveraging CRM analytics and market insights
- • Work closely with channel partners and alliances to extend reach and accelerate deal velocity within strategic accounts
- • Apply Delinea’s sales methodology to every customer engagement, demonstrating deep understanding of the product’s technical and business value
- • Travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend industry trade shows, participate in field events, and attend internal sales kick-offs and quarterly business reviews
- • Continuously develop expertise in cybersecurity, privileged access management, and identity access management to enhance credibility and consultative selling
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MEDDPICC sales framework and consistently apply it to qualify and advance opportunities
- • Demonstrate proficiency with sales automation tools, particularly Salesforce, for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
- • Act as an independent hunter with a proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals in a consultative, solution-focused manner
- • Operate effectively as an individual contributor while seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive account growth

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience selling ROI-driven, enterprise-wide SaaS/subscription/cloud applications to C-level decision makers
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles
- • Demonstrated success in selling professional services as part of outcome-based solution selling
- • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
- • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales process framework
- • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned U.S. territory
